# Activities

An Activity defines work that can be conducted in an effort to resolve Project Problems.

Each activity specifies three Metrics.  

1. Product
2. Outcome
3. Impact

When the metrics have been specified, recording a work Product for a project will allow these three measurements to be recorded for reporting.

Note that although you can change the metrics for an activity at any time, such changes will affect all recorded products.
